This notice explains how Ibnu Amin Ventures processes personal data relating to the QurbanCareOS checklist request form, enquiries, purchases, and delivery of digital products.
Summary

Checklist request data is used to record the request. Marketing consent is separate and optional. The checklist PDF may also be downloaded directly without submitting the form. We do not automatically email the checklist PDF.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Ibnu Amin Ventures (business registration: 202603112012 (003846571-V)) acts as the data controller for QurbanCareOS marketing-form and sales communications. Privacy enquiries: aminvois.system@gmail.com or WhatsApp 011-2138 6582. Business correspondence address:

B9-03-01 Pangsapuri Subang Hijauan, Jalan Bintang U5/33, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor

2. Personal data and sources

We obtain information from what you enter or send to us, and relevant order or payment-status records supplied by the service providers involved.

3. Required and optional information

When submitting the checklist request form, name and email are required; without them we cannot record the request through that form. Role and promotional consent are optional. You can still download the checklist PDF directly without submitting the form. Relevant purchase, order and contact details are needed to validate a transaction and deliver the product, subject to the fields required by the CHIP checkout.

4. Why we use the data

We use this information to record checklist requests, provide access to the requested download page, respond to enquiries, verify purchases, deliver restricted download links after successful payment verification, provide basic support, and prevent spam or misuse. Additional product marketing is sent only where the person has specifically opted in. Declining marketing does not prevent you from obtaining the checklist.

5. Service providers and disclosure

The website is hosted by Netlify and the checklist form is designed to be handled through Netlify Forms when form processing is enabled on the hosting site. Payments are handled by CHIP; WhatsApp communication involves WhatsApp/Meta. Restricted file-delivery links may be managed using Google Drive. Each provider may process information as necessary for its service under its own privacy terms. If new email or analytics services are introduced, we will update this notice. Depending on service infrastructure, information may be processed outside Malaysia, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Retention of data

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to manage requests, fulfil orders, provide support, handle disputes and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Information will be deleted or de-identified when no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements. Contact us to enquire about retention or to request deletion where applicable. A single fixed retention period is not represented for every category of information.

7. Your choices and rights

Contact us using the email or WhatsApp number above to request access to or correction of your personal information, to ask about processing or disclosures, to object to or withdraw optional direct-marketing consent, or to request deletion where legally available. We may need to verify the requestor's identity and observe applicable statutory exceptions. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not cancel necessary purchase fulfilment communications.

8. Data entered into QurbanCareOS Lite

Participant records entered into a purchased Lite application are stored locally in the purchasing organisation's browser or device (localStorage). Those records are not automatically uploaded to the marketing website through the checklist form. Each purchasing organisation is responsible for its participants' privacy notice, access permissions, device security, backups and data retention. Do not enter real participant data in a public demonstration.

9. Security and updates

We take reasonable steps within the capabilities of our service providers to limit access and reduce misuse. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely risk-free. Material changes will be reflected on this page when they take effect.
